Lynne

Receptionist

Lynne has worked for Dr. Lupini for over 18 years as an incredible receptionist. What she enjoys most about her job is the interaction with the patients, parents and grandparents that come into the office. She feels it is very rewarding to know that they put their trust in us and to be a part of it. She has been married for over 30 years and has 1 child along with 3 fur babies. She enjoys camping, kayaking and warm weather vacations.

Fun Fact: Lynn received the wittiest person in high school award. They nailed it!

Patty

Receptionist

Patty is our Wyandotte Receptionist. She has a Masters degree in education and has over 7 years of experience in the dental field. She loves to watch our patients reaction when they see their smile brace free for the first time. She has 2 sons ; one a collegiate swimmer; the other an All American diver. Chlorine is her perfume. When she isn't at work you will find her at a pool cheering on her boys and watching them do what they love.

Fun Fact: She is a Pinterest Junkie. With over 30 boards from cooking, home décor and vacation spots.

Marissa

Treatment Coordinator

Marissa has been in the dental field for close to 8 years with a history of general dentistry as well as orthodontics. Being a part of patient transformations is one of the most rewarding aspects of a job and Marissa is so happy to be included in that each day. She loves helping people get the chance to be the best version of themselves and meeting new families along the way. In her spare time Marissa enjoys spending time with her fiance and two children, being outdoors, reading, and taking pictures.

Fun fact - I have my business license in photography.

Kari

Insurance Billing & Collections

Kari has been medical field for 4 years. She began her career working in optical care and moved to orthodontics. She has worked in customer service for well over 12 years. She enjoys working with patients and being able to fulfill their needs. She gets to help many families in her daily interactions. She enjoys working with an amazing group of people. She truly enjoys seeing the transformations and the confidence that builds throughout the orthodontic process. In her free time she loves hanging out with her children, music, and vacations.

Fun Fact: Fall is her favorite “Season”.

Anita

Clinic Assistant

Anita is a Clinical Assistant. Anita has worked in orthodontics for her entire career. She likes laughing with and getting to know the patients and sharing their journey to a beautiful smile. In her free time she enjoys church, volunteering in the community outreaches and reading.

Fun Fact: Anita is a daredevil. She has enjoyed skydiving, cliff jumping and bungee jumping.

Kimberly Lupini

Practice Director

Kimberly is the Practice Director. She uses her business and management experience to direct practice operations alongside her husband Dr. Lupini. Kimberly has a 20+ year real estate career. Prior to real estate Kimberly managed several businesses during college. She also has owned a Salon in Southgate in the late 90’s. Kimberly and Dr. Lupini reside in Gibraltar with their son, and their dog Cookie. Kimberly enjoys traveling, boating, bike riding, music, hiking, kayaking, anything outdoors.

Fun Fact: Kimberly loves target practice!

Katrina

Office Manager

Katrina has over 10 years experience in orthodontics. Her skill has advanced over the years from orthodontic assisting, to lead orthodontic assistant, and now office manager. Katrina takes pride in her work and career. Building relationships is very important to her, from the patients, to our reps, and most of all the work family. She is a mother of two amazing children, and 1 fur baby named Chloe. Seeing smiles on others brings her so much joy.

Fun fact: Katrina is quite the chef and caterer. She loves cooking and entertaining family and friends in her personal time.
